MyIntealth Launch Update: Systems Going Offline August 14

As previously announced, our current systems will be taken offline beginning Thursday, August 14, 2025 (U.S. Eastern Time) as we transition to MyIntealth, our new integrated platform that will enhance how we serve international medical graduates, international medical schools, medical regulatory authorities, and other customers and partner institutions.

Thank you for your patience during this brief transition period as we complete the secure migration of your data and prepare to launch enhanced services. The new MyIntealth platform is designed to provide a more stable and seamless experience moving forward.

What You Need to Know:

• Current systems will be unavailable starting August 14
• MyIntealth is expected to launch within 4-6 days
• Your institution’s account information, user access, and historical data will be migrated to the new platform
• Applicants have been notified of this transition period
